Be honest: have you been a little disappointed by the lack of real drama at some of the "must see" events on this year's sporting calendar?
Though a footie fan, I was even channel-hopping during the FA Cup and my eyes were drooping at F1's undeniably glamorous but dull Monaco GP (I was lucky though: no one changed position while I dozed, so I didn't miss anything). So tomorrow I'm looking forward more than usual to the Italian MotoGP, which does without the hype of some events but can practically guarantee the sort of golden moments that many other sports only dream of. Well, I hope so - it usually does.
